源井生物基于CRISPR-U™技术和数千个基因编辑成功案例,成功研发了具有高基因编辑效率的gRNA系列载体(YKO),并将其中的普通载体与慢病毒载体用于构建红棉gRNA载体库。红棉gRNA载体库,是源井生物“红棉基因敲除计划”构建的基础,本库载体经常规转染即可进入细胞,并能在靶细胞中瞬时表达高水平的Cas9蛋白后对靶位点进行高效切割,还可与多种不同的gRNA共转染至靶细胞中打靶多个位点。目前红棉gRNA载体库拥有现货载体数量超10000种,可广泛应用于不同领域的基因编辑研究,客户可根据自己感兴趣的基因进行检索。
