EZ-Stem™ Cell Culture Medium
来源于化脓性链球菌的重组Cas9蛋白是一种在CRISPR/Cas9系统中发挥关键作用的蛋白质,它具有核酸内切酶活性;在sgRNA的引导下,Cas9蛋白能移动至靶基因位点,精确地切割DNA,造成DNA双链断裂。源井生物的IPSC-DYR0100-CAS9细胞是将经过生物工程改造的Cas9蛋白基因,通过慢病毒转染的方法在IPSC-DYR0100细胞的基础上构建的,能够长期稳定高表达Cas9蛋白的稳转细胞株。使用该细胞,仅需转染sgRNA或者共转染sgRNA和供体DNA,即可实现IPSC-DYR0100细胞高效的基因敲除、敲入以及点突变等,还可用于细胞敲除文库的构建,轻松解决Cas9转染困难的问题。
